Are linens provided?

Unfortunately, no. We ask that you please bring your own sheets, towels, beach towels. All our beds include mattress pads, pillows, and blankets.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, there is a $300 non-refundable deposit required, balance due upon arrival. We accept cash, checks, or Venmo.

When can I check in?

Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m.

Do you have WIFI?

We do!

Can I bring my boat?

Yes, dock space available at $2 a foot per night- reservation only (for both rental and personal boats). We also advise you familiarize yourself with Lake George’s boating requirements, info can be found here: Boating On LG

Can I bring my dog?

While we love our furry friends, we do not have any pet friendly rentals at this time.

Do you have lake access?

We have a private waterfront, just a short walk or drive away from the cottages. Waterfront has a grassy landing with lounge chairs and a sandy opening to the water. Our swimming area gradually increases for ample room to play. We also have a floating raft.

Are you close to any towns/grocery stores?

The town of Bolton is just five minutes to the south! Bolton has a grocery store, gas station, restaurants and shopping.

Is there anything else I should know?

To ensure the peace and quiet for all our guests, we ask that there are no visitors. All of our cottages include one parking spot, with an additional lot for extras cars.

What is the weather like in Upstate NY in the Summer?

As we like to say, if you don’t like the weather in Lake George, wait five minutes! The weather over the summer months varies but while visiting us, expect sunny days and warm nights. We also have thunderstorms roll through frequently. All cottages have fans and blankets to provide comfort for the varying temperatures.
